Children's Ministry:

We love kids!

We can't imagine anything more important than ensuring that your children are safe, happy, and growing here at New Hope. That's why we have programs for kids. The classes make the Bible come alive through music, puppets, games, crafts and more. No bored kids here!  Every child will be loved and accepted and given attention by our tremendous teaching volunteers. It's just a great environment for faith to grow in our precious kids.

Sunday Mornings offer:

Adventure for kids 3 - 11 years

Our Garden Room is for kids ages 3-6- where they are learning about God and how to talk to Him.

In our Route 66 Room - kids ages 7-12 are learning about the Books of the Bible and about how each one is important to our growth in Spirtual life as well as the encounters we face each and everyday! We are also learning that prayer is important for us as kids too. We are focusing on who, what, and how to pray for people in our family, our friends, our church, our school, the missionaries, and our country.

 From 9:30 to 10:25 am kids meet for fun, interactive lessons, fast-paced adventure which includes Bible stories, music, crafts, games and prizes.

From 10:30 am to approx. 11:15 am they join the Worship Celebration service in the main Worship Center, after which they return to the Kids Zone for more adventures until service dismissal time (approx. noon).

Nursery Care:

Nursery open during Sunday morning service from 10:30 am to Noon (approx.) for children - birth through 3 years.

Additionally, there are numerous other activities throughout the year, which give kids and their families great times of fun and learning.

We invite you to come to New Hope and check it out yourself. Your kids won't let you go anywhere else! 

  Wednesday Nights offer:

 AWANA Program (6:30 pm) for children ages 3 through 8th grade (September - May)

This program is supported cooperatively by a number of churches in our community and the AWANA Program is held at Bible Baptist Church, 390 Old Ventura Avenue, Oak View.
